We have created a range of products for your clients who are within an ERC (Early Repayment Charge) period.

These products are similar, but not identical to the products that your clients may have on their existing mortgage and aim to maintain your client's current financial position.

Bank of Scotland mainstream or TMB residential clients

All you need to do is identify your client's current product code and key it into the section below and you will be provided with the new code for the substitute product.

This new code should then be used in the Halifax mortgage application
