Process maps

We have developed a range of products and a process that will allow you to easily move your Bank of Scotland mainstream clients to Halifax when they are planning to:

• Move home and port - clients are able to use a substitute Halifax product.
• Take a further advance or product transfer - clients are able to remortgage to Halifax using a substitute product. (For remortgages we will pay our valuation and conveyancing related costs).

You will need to ensure you are registered with Halifax to use this process prior to submitting any applications. Halifax requires registration on both their panel and Halifax Intermediaries Online.
